- An agreement comes into existence when a buyer orders one or more of our products via this website and receives an e-mail confirmation of his/her order. These terms of delivery are part of all agreements between the buyer and Pocket Reader B.V. Dutch law is applicable to this agreement.

- All offers on this website are without our liability. Offers are subject to the availability of the products ordered. All images of the products to be ordered are for reference only. Pocket Reader B.V., or the seller in question, is not liable for any deviations of the product of any kind.

The seller is not required to deliver and/or send the products until the buyer has paid for the products. The moment of payment is crucial. - Prices
- All indicated prices are in Euros and include 19% VAT, unless indicated otherwise. All offers/images/prices are subject to typing/scanning errors and/or changes by the seller.
- Delivery
- Delivery of the ordered products is carried out by TNT-Post and is the responsibility of Pocket Reader B.V. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days, unless indicated otherwise in the product information or on the website in question. Delivery times are an indication only. The delivery times shall never be considered a deadline, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. However, Pocket Reader B.V. will do everything reasonable within its powers to realise delivery within three to seven working days. The maximum delivery time is 30 days unless agreed otherwise. Should the delivery term not be met, Pocket Reader B.V. will notify the buyer in a timely fashion and offer the possibility to terminate the agreement or to agree a new delivery term. Amounts paid will be refunded within 30 days of the termination of the agreement. Pocket Reader B.V. is not liable for any refund or compensation if the buyer has provided incorrect address details to the seller.
- Right to withdraw
- When a purchase is made via the internet, the buyer has the right to terminate the agreement within 8 days without statement of reasons. This term commences on the day after the products are received by, or on behalf of, the buyer. During this term the buyer shall treat the product and packaging with care. The buyer shall only remove the packaging or use the product to the extent that is necessary to be able to determine whether the buyer wishes to keep the product. If the buyer decides to use his/her right to withdraw, the buyer shall return the product, including all accessories in the original and undamaged state, prepaid to the seller, including the packaging and a copy of the original order confirmation. If the buyer decides to use his/her right to withdraw the buyer is liable for the costs of returning the product. If the buyer has paid an amount, the seller will refund this amount within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Delivery and/or processing costs are never refunded.
- Warranty
- If the product has any hidden or visible defects, all complaints must be reported within 14 days of the purchase date. The complaint must be made via e-mail or in writing and should include a clear description of the grievances or the observed defects. If the buyer sends any products at his/her own initiative, the buyer shall be liable for the delivery costs. Pocket Reader B.V. shall not be liable for any damage that occurs during transport. Pocket Reader B.V. is not liable for any damage incurred by the buyer or a third party as a result of the use of a product delivered by Pocket Reader B.V., unless the buyer demonstrates that the damage was incurred through intent or gross neglect on the part of Pocket Reader B.V. (In)direct costs or damage incurred by the buyer or a third party are not eligible for a refund, unless the buyer demonstrates that the costs or damage are the result of intent or gross neglect on the part of Pocket Reader B.V. If any refunds are to be paid with regard to the products purchased by the buyer, these shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
- Privacy
- Pocket Reader B.V. will treat personal details provided by you with utmost care and confidentiality. Pocket Reader B.V. complies with the Data Protection Act. Pocket Reader B.V. shall not pass on your personal details to third parties without your explicit written consent.
